Legal consultations
can be made with the attorney in-person or by telephone. During the initial
consultation, the attorney will analyze the person’s
situation, explain any/all options that may be available, including
the advantages and disadvantages of each option. The
person then has the option of retaining the attorney to take
the case or not. This is a one-time consultation and
is limited to the specific questions or situation for the person
discussed. It is based on the existing facts and laws
applicable at the time of the consultation. If, before the attorney is retained, there are new or additional problems or situations that arise with
respect to the person concerned, or if there are changes in
the law or facts, then a new consultation (and new consultation
fee) will be required.
The charge for the initial consultation (whether in-person
or by telephone) is $100, payable by cash, cashiers check,
money order or credit card. It is
a non-refundable fee.
In-person Consultation:
Please bring any relevant immigration forms or documents with
you to the consultation. Include
copies of petitions, approvals, denials, notices, court decisions, passports,
I-94 cards, etc. that may be relevant to your case. Do not give us
original documents as they may not be returned to you. Always provide
copies unless we specifically ask for the original documents.
Telephone Consultation:
Please contact our office at 918-960-3400 for instructions
and procedures for a telephone consultation. You may pay the $100 fee by credit card or cashiers
check. This fee is payable in advance of the consultation being set up. Once
we receive payment, we will call you to schedule a time for the consultation. You
will be required to call the attorney at the time and date specified.
